I just HAD to give it a perfect grade. It is an amazing movie and I loved it, but then again each their own and this probably is my kind of movie but not yours. It’s always active, there are always fight scenes and they’re always moving. As we all already know (I think) in this movie John Connor is a grown man now, and he’s fighting Skynet and most importantly, he’s trying to save Kyle Reese. The cast has three names I simply adore, Christian Bale, Anton Yelchin and Helena Bonham Carter. When I read Anton was going to be in the movie I thought he was going to get a small character, but he didn’t and I enjoyed his acting almost the whole movie, he’s amazing. The ending leaves you wanting more, and you can tell there’s going to be a follow up, so let’s just sit patiently for the next one. I don’t want to say more ’cause I don’t want to ruin the movie for you, ’cause maybe like myself you don’t remember little details about the previous three movies that can totally give away this one hehe!.

Paul McCartney – Camden London (25.10.2007)
Filed Under Musicians, TV | 3 Comments

I just saw this concert on TV and it was AMAZING. Paul McCartney will never cease to amaze me, he’s incredible and such a natural performer. He sang some pretty amazing songs like Calico Skies, which is one of my favorites from his solo work and he sang Eleanor Rigby with an orchestra, and that always excites me to no end. Live and Let Die was as energetic as always… he’s simply amazing, seriously!
God, I’m not really a perfect person but PLEAASSEEEE!!! Let me see him live at least once!
Hahaha… for now, I’m downloading this show to burn on DVD, I just have to have it. Aghh you just have no idea how much I love this man!.

Self-Portraits
Filed Under Me, Personal, Photography, Pictures | 3 Comments
I was inspired by JoeyDC’s latest post and created an album on my gallery called Self-Portraits, I’m not a photographer by any means but I do enjoy taking pictures of me and my friends. So here some self-portraits I’ve done! (they’re pretty much old too).
These are from when I still had my tick eyebrows *lol* I was only 18 on these pictures, my hair was really long too.
![]()
I love back and white pictures, like I said to JoeyDC, pictures in black and white have more sentiment and it gives the photograph some age, and I really like it. I also like taking pictures without flash!.
![]()
This one has no flash, it’s blurry and I love it!
![]()
These were taken once I had my hair ironed. I think they kind of show my personality in them, at least a little.
Yes, that’s Chester Bennington behind me. I called these pictures “With you” ’cause even though he isn’t with me, I’m with him *lol*
Black and white and no flash, I simply love blurry pictures. That’s me and my cigarette, I playfully called them “Light my fire” HAHAHA. In the first one you can see I have a’la Lennon nose, and I love it too
Three more black and white pictures. I love the hat I’m wearing in the first one. The second one, was a lazy day I just felt like taking pictures of anything and the last one was when I got a haircut hehe.
I don’t normally show pictures of me with my glasses on, but that’s me blind as a bat. That’s how you’d usually see me around my house.
In the first one it looks like I’m really thoughtful but I’m not, I was just trying to copy a Beatles’ pose. On the second one I was having a moment with my Rockstar complex, and I simply adore the last one, I was wearing a tiara my little cousin gave me on her birthday, like showing off I’m a girly girl too
I also like these pictures, specially the first three. The yellowish color I got without the flash was amazing and I simply loved it. The last one is me proving I’m a bipolar person haha!.
And that’s it… that was my little egocentrical moment. I’ll try to upload little by little my hundreds of pictures, not only of me but of my family and friends, also from the good old days with lovers and friends. Can’t wait to know what you think of these…. and I know I won’t make a living with photography, that’s why I’m going to be a teacher instead haha!.

I haven’t watched movies for a whole week and today I caught this one on the telly while I was literally crawling with a stomachache, and I seriously liked it. I didn’t catch it since the beginning but I caught most of it, they’re just walking around Paris and chatting. And even if it was dubbed in Spanish (which I hated) I loved a lot of quotes (which I always tried to translate them back in English and checking them up on IMDB they sounded quite similar in my head hehe. Anyway, I loved this bit:
Celine: So, I want to try something.
Jesse: What?
Celine: [hugs him] I want to see if you stay together or if you dissolve into molecules.
Jesse: How’m I doing?
Celine: Still here.
Jesse: Good, I like being here.
Ethan Hawke is quite cute, I mean… he’s not the typical handsome man, but he’s still very attractive, I like him. Anyway, the movie talks about how the lost touch after so many years and they start talking about their lives and stuff. It’s a really nice movie, how I wish I could meet someone who I could have such a random conversation.

Here Today live @ Citi Field
Paul’s singing Here Today @ Citi Field on July 18th, 2009. That song was written about John Lennon after he passed away, it’s a really beautiful and touching song and I’m still amazed how he keeps performig it live, how he goes through that song. Paul really loved John, they grew up together, he knew him more than probably anyone, and I can’t imagine how hard it must be for him to sing this song.
He breaks down at 1:38ish in the video, but he keeps singing. I’m seriously amazed of how strong this man is, and how strong are his feelings for John until this day. They were trully soul-mates. This video totally touched my heart.

I’m one of those people…

Crippled Inside by John Lennon
Aside from the fact that I think The Beatles‘ music is brilliant, I came to a conclution a long time ago that I fell deeply in love with them because I’ve never felt so related to someone as much as I do to them, well not to THEM but to John Lennon and Paul McCartney. I don’t openly talk about this outside of my Beatles’ world and my Beatles’ friends, because most of my old friends are idiots and don’t understand why I say this, people think they know me but they have no idea.
I’m a really complicated person, I can be a drama queen and a misunterstood kid like Lennon was, or an expressionless ice cube like McCartney. I can also be cruel and make you feel like the worst piece of sh*t like Lennon or a romantic that will tell you life is beautiful with you by my side like McCartney. I remember the first years I ‘discovered’ their story and started to read interviews, I remember I even cried when I read John’s interviews because I couldn’t believe someone as complex as I actually existed in another so different time and place (or maybe that’s the meaning I gave to his answers and way of thinking). He was an awesome man because he was imperfect, he was mean and flawed, he was actually really messed up but that made him so REAL.
My McCartney side would be the very happy outside of me, I’m always with a smile entertaining people with my witty mind, making them laugh, no matter how awful I could be feeling. Paul is very private with his inner emotions, hell, he said John’s passing was “A Drag” to the press, who would express like that about someone he knew his entire life? (I laughed when I heard a friend died, we react in really stupid ways don’t we?). But that doesn’t mean he isn’t CLOSE to his emotions, he does feel he just doesn’t show it, just like myself.
When it comes to speaking the truth, I’m more like Lennon, I always say what’s on me mind and that can bring you a lot of problems and you may hurt a lot of people, but I won’t lie just to make you feel good. I’m a really honest person and some people actually hate that about me.
I’m not going to change the way I look or the way I feel to conform to anything. I’ve always been a freak. So I’ve been a freak all my life and I have to live with that, you know. I’m one of those people. -- John Lennon
Couldn’t say it any better myself. Like it or leave it, I don’t mind what people think about me, I couldn’t care any less actually and I know I’m a freak… and I’ve always been one, and I love it.
If you wonder HOW I know all of this and how I dare to talk about them like if I really knew them, well… the difference between old bands and new bands, is that their history is open to ANYONE, and with the lack of new material you tend to over-anylize the one already given to you, and us Beatles’ fans do that a LOT. And my Beatle boys used to write about THEIR experiences instead of just making up lyrics. You can find out how John felt back in 65 if you pay attention to his lyrics, Help! was actually a real shout for Help! (he said it, himself), Norweigian Wood talked about one (of the many) time John cheated on his wife, so after so much study I can say I KNOW them. With new bands, it’s really hard to feel like you KNOW them, like I can actually say I have no clue who Chester Bennington really is you know? at first I thought he was a happy person, and after 7 years of fandom I found out he really wasn’t, that crushes everything you think you knew about your biggest idol.
And that’s it, I don’t know why I wanted to talk about this… no one really cares, but I just wanted to point out one of the many reasons of why I love The Beatles.

Happy Birthday my Joshie Pooh!
Filed Under Actors, Birthday, Videos | Leave a Comment

Today is Josh Hartnett’s 31st birthday… awww I love this guy like you have NO IDEA!. He was only 23 when I started being a fan, I can’t believe it’s been so long and I still love him like in the beginning. He’s an incredible actor.
A Pearl Harbor fan video
This movie caught my attention, I first saw it ’cause I was in a Ben Affleck phase, but ended up loving Josh waaay more than I ever liked Ben. I’ve been a fan for 8 years and I’ve watched most of his movies (I still have to catch up) and I forgot about Ben after that haha. Josh is simply special, there’s something about him that makes him special after so many years. My favorite movies would be Pearl Harbor and Wicker Park maybe, Mozart and the Whale too, they’re all my faves.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOSHIE!!!

Take A Look
Filed Under Take A Look, site | Leave a Comment
Ok, so the site will have a brand new section called TAKE A LOOK (Thanks Tensh_iie for the name), which will be some sort of “recommendations”. If I find something I really like, like a song, an album, a video, a book, a movie, etc…. I will talk about it here as extended as I feel like it. Will give you details, or where to find it if I can. I love so many things that I love to share them, specially ’cause in that way I get to talk about them and won’t feel like I’m boring someone to death.
Stay tunned for future posts on this section. And if you have any ideas for new sections, feel free to leave me a comment about it. I love making my site helpful in some way.
