New Layout

YUP, after 4 months CHESTERDEAN.NET finally changed its layout. And I’m on a very girly mood so I made the girliest layout EVER. Seriously, it looks like a cake for a four year old girl dressed like a disney princess, but I don’t effin care. Robert Pattinson is the lucky one this time because I’m in love with those pictures of him with the sweater, so in love I used all of them hehe. I guess I got all the Twilight fever again after watching New Moon. I can’t wait to see him in Remember Me, like I’ve said many many times before, I like him better when he doesn’t sparkle. I’m so happy with the new layout hehe, seriously… it’s so…. GIRLY it’s going to make sick a lot of people hahahaha.

Special Men

When I started writing this, I thought making it a post, but it ended up being a whole new section on the site, so go and read the special men section. I will post some bits of the text, but not everything because it’s quite long.

BRIAN LITTRELL

How can I forget about those long nights listening to their albums with the lights off, dreaming about meeting them and all that corny stuff you want when you’re a teen? Also, my friends (that liked them too) and I would do a lot of things, take pictures, record videos, sing their songs, borrow magazines to each other and have endless talks about them. I felt I knew them even if I had never met them, it was an amazing feeling. I saw Brian grow, he was just a kid when I started liking him, and now I can say he was pretty young when he got married, then I saw him having a kid, and now I can see him being the wonderful father that he is. CHESTER BENNINGTON

Chester got divorced around May of 2005, that’s exactly the time this guy and I started going in separate ways, we officially ended everything in September of that same year. And then Chester wrote Let Down from obviously, his own experience. I felt devastated the first time I listened to it, it was like we were feeling the exact same thing at the same time, and how could I find solace from someone that was as fucked up as I was?. [more]

JOHN LENNON

John made me feel I wasn’t a freak, nor that there wasn’t anyone that thought the same way as I do. But I have to be honest, since I started being his fan… I don’t see people the same way, 70% of the people I know are plain idiots that I only tolerate, almost anybody stimulates my mind the way I’d want to and it frustrates me that I can’t have someone as complex as I am physically near, because even though I can swim in John’s quotes, lyrics and music I can’t have a conversation with him or someone like him and that’s sad. And there’s also the fact, that every time I get into a ‘Lennon Mood’ I get pretty bitter and pessimistic, it’s like I see the world like a big BLAH. [More]

PAUL McCARTNEY

Back to what I was saying, when I’m not bitter or pessimistic, I run to Paul and his happy love music and his ‘silly love songs’. I go and hide all the bad things in me for a while, and become this happy performer shaking my head and telling everybody everything’s just fine. Paul is special, and even though I never thought I’d even like him (I kind of hated him in the beginning) now he’s my one favorite along with Lennon, I can’t choose between them two, they are both amazing in different ways and I love them equally and they both changed something in me and that says a lot. New Layout + List of Movies

So, CHESTERDEAN.NET finally has a new layout up. A lot darker than the other one, I was already tired of the light colors hehe. This time featuring my John Lennon, you see? Lennon and McCartney HAVE to go one after the other, or the two of them together, I just can’t tear them apart hehe. I also added a list of links in a section called “Topics” which are the most used topics on my blog, in that way you can surf the site more easily or look for something you’re interested.

I can’t believe I only watched 17 movies. I haven’t had enough time to watch them it sucks! But I’m glad I’ve kept my summer active and eventful. On the other hand, my account at chester-land.net isn’t working right, so I can’t post anything or login for that matter, that’s why I had a little time to come here and change the look of the site. I should do the same with CL as soon as I get my account back.

Take A Look

Ok, so the site will have a brand new section called TAKE A LOOK (Thanks Tensh_iie for the name), which will be some sort of “recommendations”. If I find something I really like, like a song, an album, a video, a book, a movie, etc…. I will talk about it here as extended as I feel like it. Will give you details, or where to find it if I can. I love so many things that I love to share them, specially ’cause in that way I get to talk about them and won’t feel like I’m boring someone to death.

Working on the site

I’ve been working on the fandoms section of the site, and I finally finished some of the sections there, but I’ll keep adding other things to it. But I think that’s it for today. I’m a little tired of the eyes right now.

If you have any ideas for cool sections let me know, I’m more than willing to add more things to the site
